The new members include former McDonald’s US marketing chief Tariq Hassan, ex-LinkedIn Marketing Solutions VP Penry Price, and agency expert and former head of the 4A’s, Marla Kaplowitz.

Chaired by respected publisher commercial leader and academic Greg Coleman, the expanded board also includes Rishad Tobaccowala, Advertising Hall of Fame honoree. Together, the group will provide strategic insights to strengthen LoopMe’s market position as the global leader in brand performance.

Tariq Hassan is widely recognized for his data-driven approach to branding and creative strategy. Over his 20-year career, he has led marketing efforts for iconic brands such as PepsiCo, Gatorade, Mars, Frito-Lay, Pillsbury, Celebrity Cruise Line, and Cadillac. His work has focused on blending data insights with culturally relevant creativity to help brands such as HP, Petco, and Bank of America maintain customer relevance. At McDonald’s, he transformed the customer brand experience through digital innovation, driving the success of its app-based loyalty program. His consulting and board experience also includes ZeroToOne.AI and non-profit organization Education for Employment (EFE).

Penry Price brings over 25 years of experience in media and advertising, specializing in scaling revenue operations and go-to-market strategies. As a former VP at Google, he led North American enterprise GTM teams and expanded the company’s media and technology partnerships with global agencies. Later, as VP of Marketing Solutions at LinkedIn, he oversaw a decade-long transformation that turned a $300 million display advertising business into a B2B powerhouse generating over $6 billion in diversified revenues. Today, he serves as Founder and Managing Partner of Charcoal Advisors LLC and is a Director at Church & Dwight.

Marla Kaplowitz is a seasoned leader with extensive experience driving sustainable growth through high-performing, cross-functional teams. Her leadership roles have included CEO of the 4A’s, where she launched the Advertiser Protection Bureau, and executive positions at MEC Global (now part of WPP) and Mediavest. She currently serves on the boards of Penn Entertainment, Butler/Till, and creator economy platform #paid.
