Amtech Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: ASYS), a manufacturer of equipment and consumables enabling AI semiconductor device packaging and advanced substrate fabrication, has appointed Thomas Sabol as its new Chief Financial Officer, effective May 14, 2026. In this role, Sabol will also serve as the company's principal accounting officer and principal financial officer — stepping into a senior leadership role at one of the semiconductor industry's most strategically positioned equipment manufacturers.
A Financial Leader Built for Periods of Secular Growth
The appointment of Thomas Sabol is a deliberate, strategic choice at a moment of significant opportunity for Amtech Systems.
