Thryv Appoints Lou Orfanos to Board of Directors
Thryv Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: THRY), provider of a leading small business marketing and sales software platform, announced that shareholders elected Lou Orfanos, Senior Vice President and General Manager of Commerce at Toast, to its Board of Directors on June 12, 2025.
In his role at Toast, Orfanos leads the company’s core restaurant and commerce business, overseeing strategy and execution for its flagship SaaS and hardware products. He brings over 20 years of experience in product development, sales, marketing, and customer success to his new position at Thryv.

Prior to Toast, Orfanos served as General Manager and Vice President of Product at HubSpot, where he successfully grew Sales Hub into one of the world’s leading CRMs for small businesses.

Beyond his executive roles, Orfanos is a regular guest lecturer in the product management MBA program at Harvard Business School, as well as an active startup investor and mentor. He holds a B.S. degree from Bentley University.
