Posh AI, a purpose-built conversational and generative AI platform for financial services, has joined the Jack Henry™ Vendor Integration Program (VIP). This collaboration grants Posh AI access to Jack Henry’s technical resources, enabling its platform to integrate with Symitar®, the core processing platform used by many credit unions.

The Vendor Integration Program is designed to streamline deployment of third-party solutions for Jack Henry clients. Posh’s platform connects to Symitar using SymXchange™, a services-based programming interface that facilitates secure and efficient access to core data and business rules. Data integrity is preserved through a controlled service layer that governs all data exchanges.

This integration allows credit unions to deliver seamless, real-time access to frequently asked questions and perform secure, high-performance banking operations. By participating in the VIP program, Posh AI clients also benefit from direct technical support and an easily accessible test environment—making system setup, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance significantly more efficient.
