TradePending, a provider of customer engagement solutions for auto dealerships, has announced a new integration partnership with DriveCentric. The partnership connects DriveCentric’s CRM platform with TradePending’s AutoBio and Video engagement tools, giving dealership sales teams a unified view of customer interactions. TradePending is backed by Capstreet, a Houston-based private equity firm.
Through this integration, dealerships can automatically route leads and lead assignments from DriveCentric into TradePending’s Video and AutoBio solutions. Engagement activity, including shared video messages and AutoBio digital brochures, is then logged back into DriveCentric. This creates a centralized source of customer information, eliminating duplicate data entry and improving workflow efficiency.
“The combination of TradePending and DriveCentric gives sales teams clearer insight into customer activity,” said Jeff Angtuaco, Chief Product Officer at TradePending. “By removing duplicate logging and disconnected systems, dealers can focus more on serving customers and closing sales.”
TradePending’s AutoBio product generates digital brochures that showcase the key features and history of a vehicle, keeping customers engaged and helping shorten the sales cycle.
TradePending Video allows sales professionals to send personalized videos to prospects and customers throughout the buying process. This enhances trust, increases engagement, and supports stronger close rates—all without requiring the customer to download an app.
The partnership is also part of DriveCentric’s ongoing strategy to evolve its CRM into an open, flexible platform designed to power the entire customer journey.
“Our vision is simple: if it engages the customer, it belongs in DriveCentric,” said Matt Leone, CEO of DriveCentric. “By integrating solutions like TradePending, we’re removing silos and helping dealerships work more efficiently and effectively.”
