Montieth & Company (M&Co), a global specialist communications consultancy, has announced the appointment of Perry Goldman as Global Managing Director. A decade-long veteran of the firm, Goldman steps into the role as M&Co accelerates its international growth strategy and expands its AI-powered communications capabilities across key global markets.
A Decade of Leadership at M&Co
Perry Goldman joined M&Co more than ten years ago and has since played a central role in the firm's growth. Most recently serving as Global Senior Director and Head of Financial and Professional Services, he has spent his tenure advising senior executives on high-stakes reputational and communications opportunities and challenges across the financial services, professional services, technology, and energy sectors.
Goldman leads client accounts spanning North and South America, Europe, and APAC, developing media strategy plans and securing placements for clients in data and analytics, cyber and physical security, compliance, AI and technology, real estate, and financial services. He also regularly conducts media training sessions for executives and engages with senior client leadership on key communications challenges.
Beyond his communications expertise, Goldman is a trained lawyer specialising in intellectual property law, having previously served as a legal fellow to a non-profit providing legal assistance to artists. This legal grounding underpins his deep capabilities in crisis communications and litigation PR.

In his new role, Goldman will continue to oversee M&Co's portfolio of communications solutions and lead the development of high-value partnerships with global organisations, law firms, financial institutions, and advisory firms. The appointment reflects the firm's focus on expanding its cross-border client base across its key markets in New York, London, and Hong Kong.
Goldman's mandate also includes driving differentiated technology-centred offerings — a key pillar of M&Co's 2026 growth agenda. Central to this is the firm's wholly proprietary AI-powered platform, designed to advance the strategic and tactical precision of client work, particularly in crisis and issues management and litigation PR.
