DDN, a global leader in AI and data intelligence infrastructure, has appointed Michelle Rosen as its new Chief Legal Officer, a newly created role aimed at supporting the company's next phase of global growth.
A New Legal Leader for a Fast-Scaling Business
In her new role, Michelle Rosen will take charge of DDN's global legal organisation, spanning corporate governance, commercial transactions, intellectual property, regulatory compliance, privacy and strategic legal operations, as the company continues to expand internationally.
Rosen steps into the position at a period of strong momentum for DDN. Over the past six months, the company has broadened its global footprint, surpassed one million GPUs deployed worldwide, rolled out new capabilities across its AI data intelligence platform, and reported year-over-year growth exceeding 300% as demand for AI infrastructure accelerates.

A Track Record of Scaling Legal Organisations
Rosen joins DDN from Metropolis Technologies, where she served as General Counsel and guided legal strategy through a period of significant business expansion. Before that, she spent more than six years at data intelligence software company Collibra, most recently as Chief Legal Officer, where she helped scale the legal organisation as annual recurring revenue grew more than fivefold.
Earlier in her career, Rosen held general counsel roles at Delta Galil Industries and IMAX China, and served as VP and Associate General Counsel at IMAX, where she worked on corporate finance transactions and securities compliance. She began her legal career in private practice, and across two decades has led work spanning mergers and acquisitions, commercial strategy, corporate governance, securities compliance, intellectual property and privacy.
