Braze, a leading customer engagement platform, has officially completed its acquisition of OfferFit, an AI decisioning company.
Following years of successful partnership, Braze and OfferFit are now deepening their collaboration by integrating OfferFit’s multi-agent decisioning engine into the Braze Customer Engagement Platform. This move will accelerate OfferFit’s growth through Braze’s global scale while enhancing Braze’s real-time, cross-channel engagement with advanced reinforcement learning capabilities. The integration empowers brands to leverage cutting-edge automation and machine learning technologies to build stronger customer relationships and deliver greater value for both businesses and consumers.
The acquisition builds on Braze’s earlier announcement of Project Catalyst, a native AI agent designed to help brands personalize and optimize experiences at scale. Currently available in limited beta, Project Catalyst adds another layer of intelligence to Braze’s customer engagement ecosystem.
“With the formal introduction of OfferFit by Braze into our already robust product suite, I am thrilled to deliver marketers a full spectrum of machine learning capabilities built with leading-edge generative AI and reinforcement learning technology,” said Bill Magnuson, Cofounder and CEO of Braze. “We’re excited to see BrazeAI™ elevate the strategic role of marketers as they move beyond campaign creation and focus on orchestrating experiences that resonate with consumer needs and business goals.”
George Khachatryan, Cofounder and CEO of OfferFit, added: “OfferFit and Braze complement each other perfectly. Companies can now harness the power of our cutting-edge AI decisioning system, tightly integrated into the market’s leading customer engagement platform.”
Brands such as Kayo Sports have already seen positive results from the combined strengths of Braze and OfferFit’s technologies, highlighting the transformative potential of this integration.
