97% of SMBs Using AI Voice Agents Report Revenue Growth, Reveals Vida Survey

A new nationwide survey by Vida, an AI voice solutions provider, reveals that small and mid-sized businesses (SMBs) are losing significant revenue due to missed customer calls. Meanwhile, early adopters of AI-powered voice agents are seeing increased revenue, improved customer engagement, and a stronger industry presence.

The inaugural SMB AI Voice Agent Adoption & Impact Survey highlights that businesses positioning themselves as industry leaders are much more likely to integrate AI voice agents—particularly for handling inbound sales and customer service inquiries. However, adoption remains uneven due to concerns over customer preferences and perceived implementation complexity.

“SMBs are missing more than calls – they’re missing revenue,” said Lyle Pratt, CEO and Founder of Vida. “AI voice agents are more than just a tech trend—they're a competitive edge.”
