Haleon, the consumer health giant behind Sensodyne, Panadol, Advil and Centrum, has struck a new five-year collaboration with Microsoft to scale its digital, data and AI capabilities across 170 markets, aiming to speed up scientific breakthroughs and everyday consumer health innovation.
Scaling AI Across a Global Health Business
Haleon operates across six health categories in 170 markets, with its brand portfolio reaching an estimated 1.4 billion consumers worldwide. The new agreement builds on the company's existing rollout of Microsoft 365 Copilot, extending AI adoption company-wide so employees can automate administrative work, streamline collaboration and focus on higher-value priorities.
Under the partnership, Haleon and Microsoft will co-create high-impact AI use cases spanning consumer insights, product innovation, supply chain operations and commercial execution.
From the Lab to the Consumer
A core focus of the initiative is accelerating scientific research and clinical content production, helping Haleon respond faster to consumers' daily health needs. The collaboration will also support more personalised marketing content and enable smarter, data-driven decision-making across the organisation.
