Radicle Science, a health tech pioneer delivering clinical-grade evidence for wellness and natural products, has appointed Liya Sharif Lancia as Chief Marketing Officer. Her addition to the leadership team marks a strategic step in scaling Radicle’s mission to democratize precision wellness through science, technology, and real-world data.

Sharif Lancia brings over two decades of marketing leadership, specializing in building both B2B and consumer brands across startups and Fortune 500 companies. She previously served as VP of Marketing at Qualcomm, where she led global teams, executed the company’s largest corporate rebrand, and helped build its consumer-facing brand while steering communications during pivotal moments.

In 2021, she co-founded Cercle, an AI and data technology company focused on transforming women’s healthcare. She currently serves on its board of directors. Earlier in her career, she held leadership roles at multiple tech companies and worked as a managing partner at a digital branding agency. Her marketing philosophy centers on solving real business problems through creative, data-informed strategies.

Radicle Science is driving a paradigm shift in how wellness products are validated and democratized through clinical evidence—by harnessing the power of technology, science and real-world data,” said Sharif Lancia. “I’m thrilled to join at such a transformative moment of growth, where marketing can play a pivotal role in building brand love, opening new customer channels, and driving lasting value.”

Radicle Science co-founders Pelin Thorogood and Dr. Jeff Chen added, “Liya brings the rare combination of bold creativity, strategic discipline, and deep cross-industry experience that’s essential for this next chapter of Radicle’s growth. Her leadership will shape a brand that not only builds trust and drives adoption but also fuels a global movement toward proven, personalized health.”

Radicle Science is approaching its five-year milestone amid rapid growth, doubling its clinical trials annually and expanding its influence across the health and wellness sector. Since 2021, the company has studied over 70,000 Americans in blinded, placebo-controlled trials—matching the scale of participation seen in all FDA drug approvals combined within the same timeframe.

Alongside Sharif Lancia’s appointment, Radicle also welcomed Dr. Rob Sinnott as Senior Strategic Advisor, strengthening its leadership bench.

Thorogood and Chen continue to spotlight Radicle’s impact on global stages. The company was recently featured at the Plug and Play Silicon Valley Summit as one of the top 10 healthtech startups. Dr. Chen shared insights on how Radicle’s platform accelerates go-to-market strategies for health products. At Nutriform Business Days in France, Thorogood will discuss how AI is reshaping the future of nutraceuticals.
