Oceaneering International, Inc. (NYSE:OII) has amended its senior secured revolving credit facility, lifting total commitments from $215 million to $345 million and pushing the maturity date out four years, from April 2027 to July 2031. The move gives the Houston-based offshore energy and robotics technology company meaningfully more financial headroom heading into the next decade.

Details of the Amended Facility

Under the amendment, Oceaneering's Credit Facility commitments increase by $130 million, bringing the total to $345 million. The agreement also retains flexibility for further growth, including the ability to upsize by an additional $85 million if needed.

Alongside the higher commitment level, the facility now carries letter of credit availability of $150 million, and its maturity has been extended from April 2027 to July 2031, giving the company a longer runway before the facility needs to be refinanced or renegotiated again.

"We are pleased to announce this amendment to our revolving credit facility, which provides additional financial flexibility to support our ongoing operations, strategic priorities, and growth initiatives. We appreciate the continued support of our bank group, which includes both long-standing relationship banks and new participating lenders."
