Lorikeet, the AI concierge platform built for complex, regulated businesses, has named Jerry Brooner as its new Chief Revenue Officer. Brooner joins from a go-to-market career spanning Dropbox, SAP and Decagon, and will take charge of sales, marketing, forward-deployed engineering and partnerships as Lorikeet pushes deeper into fintech, healthcare and insurance.
A Mandate Built Around Resolution, Not Deflection
Lorikeet is used by companies in high-stakes categories to resolve complex customer cases end to end, accurately and within their regulatory guardrails. Where most AI support tools are measured on deflection, Lorikeet is judged on resolution — whether the answer a customer receives, on a frozen account or a disputed claim, is correct the first time.
As Chief Revenue Officer, Brooner will lead sales, marketing, forward-deployed engineering and partnerships, positioning the company to bring its AI concierge to a wider set of regulated teams handling their hardest support cases.
"Our customers trust Lorikeet with the cases where a wrong answer has real consequences. Jerry has spent his career selling to buyers who are embracing the risk and reward of transformative technology, and he starts with a focus on their needs, not our pitch."— STEVE HIND, COFOUNDER AND CEO, LORIKEET
A Track Record Built on Enterprise Scale
Brooner brings more than two decades of enterprise go-to-market leadership to the role. He built Dropbox's strategic enterprise business in North America from a team of two into more than 250 people generating roughly $175 million in revenue, and led the Americas business through the company's IPO.
He previously served as CRO of Scout RFP through its acquisition by Workday, President of Global Field Operations at Enable through 20x growth from Series A to Series E, and spent a decade at SAP selling to some of the world's largest regulated enterprises.
