Incident IQ, the workflow management platform built exclusively for K–12 school districts, is seeing rapid adoption of iiQ IT Pro, its advanced permissions and change-management layer, alongside its AI Ticket Assistant. As district IT teams juggle more devices, more users, and more complex workflows, both tools are helping them cut help desk ticket resolution times by up to 30%.
Built for Districts Outgrowing Basic Ticketing
iiQ IT Pro builds on Incident IQ's existing iiQ Ticketing and iiQ Assets products, adding attribute-based permissions, change management governance, and advanced IT workflow management. It's designed specifically for districts where thousands of users, distributed teams, and strict access-control requirements have outgrown the capabilities of basic ticketing systems.
Large districts including Austin Independent School District, Baltimore County Public Schools, and the School District of Osceola County have already adopted the platform to manage IT operations, reduce response times, and resolve issues more efficiently.
"K–12 IT teams are being asked to do more with limited resources, supporting more devices, more users and more complex workflows than ever before. iiQ IT Pro gives districts the permissions architecture, workflow controls, and services infrastructure they need to keep up."— R.T. Collins, CEO, Incident IQ
AI Ticket Assistant Cuts Resolution Times
The AI Ticket Assistant, part of iiQ Ticketing, helps districts manage rising ticket volumes through guided submissions and self-service support. Teachers can submit issues in plain language, key details are captured automatically, and requests are categorized, prioritized, and routed intelligently.
In many cases, the assistant resolves teacher and staff requests before a ticket is even needed, without involving IT staff at all. When tickets are required, they are resolved 30% faster, protecting instructional time and reducing manual workload. Griffin-Spalding County Schools, Fulton 58 School District, and New London School District are among the districts already using the tool to reduce open ticket times.
