Jump, the AI platform built for advisors and financial services professionals, has rolled out a fresh set of product innovations aimed at cutting administrative work across the entire client lifecycle. The update introduces end-to-end onboarding automation, compliant scheduling tools, enhanced AI Associate capabilities, and new Model Context Protocol (MCP) support — giving advisors a more connected, less manual way to move from prospect to client.

End-to-End Client Onboarding

Advisors can now launch account opening workflows directly inside Jump. AI-assisted field mapping automatically pre-fills the required information using client data already sitting across connected systems, removing much of the manual re-entry that typically slows down new account setup.

Advisors still review and approve every detail before submission, keeping a human check in the loop while cutting down on context switching between systems. This capability builds on Jump's existing customizable client intake forms and document ingestion tools, effectively closing the loop on end-to-end onboarding.

Compliant Scheduling and Smarter AI Associate Tools

New personalized scheduling pages let clients book meetings through a single shareable link that combines advisor information, meeting options, availability, and required disclosures — all built to align with firm archiving requirements for broader compliance adoption.

On the AI Associate side, advisors can now upload firm documents as source material for AI conversations and use voice dictation to interact with the assistant through natural speech, reducing the friction of typing out requests during a busy workday.

"Jump's AI-powered onboarding capabilities will help us streamline one of the most critical moments in the client journey. Instead of spending time on manual data entry and administrative tasks, our team can focus on building relationships and delivering advice. That's the real promise of AI — not replacing the advisor or support team, but enabling them to operate at a higher level."

Deeper Connectivity Across the Advisor Tech Stack

Jump is also expanding how it plugs into the broader wealth management ecosystem, with new and enhanced integrations across Redtail, eMoney, RightCapital, Orion, Holistiplan, MedicarePRO and other advisor platforms. These connections let advisors surface insights and execute tasks without leaving the tools they already use day to day.

The new Model Context Protocol (MCP) support takes this further, enabling more flexible and secure connections between Jump and third-party systems — laying the foundation for agentic workflows that can take action across multiple connected applications.

Removing Bottlenecks, Not Adding Software

Tim Chaves, president and chief operating officer of Jump, framed the announcement as part of a broader push to eliminate friction rather than add more tools to an advisor's stack. The goal, he said, is to help advisors move seamlessly from intention to execution — whether that means opening an account, scheduling a meeting, or taking action across multiple systems.

The new capabilities are available now to Jump users, with additional enhancements planned. Jump says it serves more than 35,000 users worldwide, including firms such as LPL Financial, Osaic Wealth, Cetera Financial Group, Allianz, and Principal Financial Group, and currently ranks #1 in advisor satisfaction and adoption.
