Genspark.ai, the company building the all-in-one AI workspace, has closed a $100M Series B extension at a $2.6B post-money valuation — a $1B jump from its March valuation. Alongside the raise, the company named Jamison Powell as Chief Revenue Officer and unveiled AgentBase, a new AI-native database and dashboard builder aimed at replacing legacy SaaS tools.
A $1B Valuation Jump in Three Months
The new funding brings Genspark's total Series B to $485M, backed by Sozo Ventures, Korea Mirae Asset, UpHonest Capital, and other existing investors. Notably, Genspark wasn't actively fundraising — the round expanded in response to strong investor demand following the company's rapid growth.
That growth has been steep: in the first three months of 2026 alone, Genspark added another $150M in ARR, on top of the $100M ARR it generated since launching in April 2025.
AgentBase: Replacing Legacy SaaS with AI-Native Systems
As part of its enterprise push, Genspark introduced AgentBase, an agent that lets users build AI-native custom databases, dashboards, and internal systems directly from their own data — including inboxes, drives, calendars, files, and message apps.
Teams can use it to construct CRMs, HR systems, project management platforms, inventory tracking tools, and marketing workflow applications — categories that have traditionally cost organizations hundreds of thousands of dollars per year in subscription fees. AgentBase ships with ready-to-use templates so teams can get started quickly using Genspark Super Agent.
"What especially drew me to Genspark was the belief that the next wave of AI will not just help people generate content – it will free people from the busy work entirely, with autonomous systems and agents handling the execution."— Jamison Powell, Chief Revenue Officer, Genspark.ai
Powell Brings a Track Record of Scaling GTM Engines
Powell joins Genspark from monday.com, where he served as the company's first Senior Vice President of Sales and GM of North America, helping grow annual recurring revenue from 8 digits to over $1B. He scaled the go-to-market organization by more than 10x during his tenure, contributing to monday.com's eventual Nasdaq IPO.
Earlier in his career, Powell held sales leadership roles at NewVoiceMedia (acquired by Vonage) and MessageLabs (acquired by Symantec). As CRO, he will now oversee Genspark's global revenue organization, with a focus on enterprise expansion, global reach, and commercial infrastructure.
