Prior to his role as UK Managing Partner, Cullen served as Lead Partner for Deloitte's Enterprise Technology and Performance practice — a role focused on the digital transformation of systems and processes at the operational core of client organisations. His sector specialisation spans Telecommunications, Media and Technology (TMT), where he has led a number of global finance transformation engagements, as well as Financial Services, where he has delivered large-scale technology programmes for some of the UK's most prominent organisations.
