Olta Andoni: Two Decades Across Financial Markets and Digital Assets
Olta Andoni, joining as Partner, brings more than two decades of experience advising clients across financial markets, digital assets, blockchain infrastructure, and artificial intelligence. She has direct experience building legal frameworks for derivatives platforms, blockchain protocols, NFT marketplaces, and payment applications.
Andoni has also been a lecturer at Chicago-Kent College of Law for more than a decade, and is recognized as an advocate for thoughtful digital asset regulation across the United States, Europe, and Asia.
Komul Chaudhry: From SEC Oversight to Private Practice
Komul Chaudhry joins as Associate from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, where she served in the Division of Corporation Finance's Office of Structured Finance and Office of Crypto Assets. There, she worked on significant rulemakings, reviewed asset-backed securities and crypto asset registration statements, and provided compliance and disclosure guidance to registrants and market participants.
At Bellementis, Chaudhry will focus on federal securities law, corporate finance, securitization, tokenization, and digital asset matters.
